Why we started Darling Daughters

Meet our Founder: Rhea Dhir
Rhea Dhir is the Founder and Director of Darling Daughters, and a passionate advocate for client-centred care. Her leadership is grounded in high standards, genuine compassion, and a belief that people deserve support that protects dignity and builds independence.
Rhea’s vision extends beyond service delivery. She has shaped a workplace culture that values caregivers, strengthens teams, and prioritises the wellbeing of the people providing day-to-day support.
Rhea is also a strong advocate for women’s empowerment in caregiving and healthcare. Darling Daughters actively fosters a supportive environment for women to grow their careers, step into leadership, and feel recognised for the skill and impact they bring to care.
